Sparky Extensions
readcyana
Imports XEASY peak- and prot- lists directly onto a spectrum opened in Sparky. This extension is optimized for importing NOESY assignments from the output of Cyana into Sparky. In the case of multiple assignments generated by Cyana, it will create multiple peaks in the spectrum. This extension was written starting from the cyanagarant extension.
To install this extension, right click and save the following link as readcyana.py file, then follow the instructions below.
Installation
To install each extension in your Sparky program:
- save the .py file for each extension you want to install
- save the following link as sparky_site.py file
- copy these files into the $SPARKY_INSTALL/python/sparky directory, OR into the ~/Sparky/python directory in your home account (local installation)
- restart Sparky
