Pulse programs and the Bruker CryoProbeTM
Generally, there are no special commands or particular sequences required
in pulse programs for use with the Bruker CryoProbe.
However, RF peak and average power must not exceed certain limits.
Simultaneous 15N and 13C
high power pulses are not recommended because
arcing can occur. Arcing will result in permanent damage to the probe.
The high quality factor (Q) for the CryoProbes greatly enhances the
Radiation Damping effect. In the design of pulse programs, care must be taken
to minimize
the problems associated with the Radiation Damping effect.
Pulse programs marked with the
C
are modified for use with CryoProbes. These pulse programs are equally
suited for the use with regular TXI probes.
