2D {1H}-15N heteronuclear NOESY 15N-1H sensitivity enhanced HSQC using the gp gradient syntax.

Acquisition parameters: 750 MHz

Processing

Use ux2flx or equivalent utility to convert your Bruker data to Felix "dat" format.

The NOE and the reference spectra are stored interleaved in one ser file. Use the Felix95 macro unpacknoe.mac to separate the two data sets for easier processing.

Each 2D can be processed using the Felix95 processing macro: ft2d_n15noe.mac

Also used (for correction of digital filter artifacts): digphs.mac
