2D 15N-HSQC-SE, with optional FLIP-BACK pulse and 13C decoupling


2D 15N-1H sensitivity enhanced HSQC with optional FLIP-BACK pulse for minimal water saturation. Use optional 13C decoupling with 13C labeled samples.
